Parrish Home Healthcare recognizes the changes in today’s climate of health care demands and aspires to provide the highest quality of home health care, commitment and professionalism available.

It is our practice to provide this as safely and earnestly as possible while offering solutions, which can be cost effective and mutually beneficial thus improving the delivery of home health care.

We pledge to continue the high standards and expectations in the practice and delivery of home health care within the community while rendering faithfulness and consistency in job performance.

Philosophy
Parrish Home Healthcare is dedicated in assisting the patient’s in attaining their optimal level of functioning and/or independence while educating the patient and/or caregiver.

Our agency recognizes that individuals and their families have an inalienable right to determine and participate in planning their healthcare and maintaining their independence.

We believe community health education is a beneficial part of our program in the delivery of health care.

In instances where rehabilitation is not realistic we are committed to assisting individuals and families with appropriate referrals and coordinated services, which support their dignity and self-respect.

Goals
To provide comprehensive home care services in collaboration with the physician while maintaining the patient in their home through coordinated nursing and care related services.

To re-establishing his/her daily activities post-illness, utilizing restorative measures, procedure and orthotic devices.

To develop and maintain a professional relationship with the physician and referral sources in order to effectively meet the home health care needs of our patient’s families and communities.
